Custom Options

Pressure Relief Systems :

Upon request, Franklin will provide customers a differential pressure relief (DTR) option.  Relief valves mounted at the tee on the bonnet pipes excess pressure to the upstream throat of the valve when the valve is closed. An isolation valve is also included with each DTR system to relieve pressure upstream when in the “open” position.

Manual Bleed Valves (MBBV), are available as an option to enable a quick and efficient means to check seat integrity.

Other thermal relief systems are also available.

Activation :

Franklin provides customers a variety of actuator options including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric.  

Extensions :

Franklin can equip valves with gear, hand and chainwheel operator extensions to meet customer requirements.

Locking Devices :

To prevent unwanted valve operation or tampering Franklin can furnish valves with locking devices.
